"I'm really upset about the cooler I wanted to get today. Even though it was on the clearance aisle the sales clerk said it was regular price. I need it for an upcoming event. I even came home to look for a coupon online so I could go back to the store to get it. Nothing available. Even asked the sales clerk if she could override the regular price for the clearance price and she said no. Just makes me sick. Seems like a small thing to do for the customer. I guess not."

"I am very happy with Gordman's. The only thing I could improve on, besides lingerie sizes, is to quit pushing your associates to sell those credit cards. It was a bit deceiving in wording to call it a rewards card. I specifically asked the associate if it was a credit card, and she was honest and said yes, but the scanner was already prompting for my phone number, I felt it was rather pushy. However you had a plus sized swimsuit on sale so I'm not going to complain too much. You do not realize how much I've struggled to find swimwear this year so I can deal with a credit card offer, however I would prefer not to. Please make it a true rewards card and some sort of online offer to alert me to sales, but please I don't need another credit card."
